In a word: no. The whole point of this challenge is to make you uncomfortable and open you up to new experiences. You’ve got to go all in to get the best out of it. 

Don’t worry, we’ll never ask you to do anything that puts you in danger. We’ll also never tell you to make a specific life decision e.g. quit your job, empty out your bank account, break up with your partner etc. The risks are centred around themes, which you’ll need to apply to relevant areas of your life.

BUT we challenge you to think twice before signing up for this challenge if you’re already looking for a get out clause. Change is uncomfortable and really messy at the start, but if you stick with it, something amazing happens.
